12/18/24 – 12/20/24 Campus Winter Grease Trap Cleaning Advisory

Begin:  Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at 8:00 am

End:      Friday, December 20, 2024, at 4:00 pm

Scope:  Housing and Dining will have a contractor clean the grease traps in select areas of campus – see schedule below

Wednesday, December 18^th

• 8:00 am – Price Science Commons (inside grease traps)
• 10:00 am – Lawrence Hall (inside grease traps)
• 10:00 am – Central Kitchen (plus jetting)
• 11:00 am – Living Learning Center (inside grease traps)

Thursday, December 19^th

• 9:00 am – Tykeson Hall (inside grease traps)
• 9:00 am – Global Scholars (plus jetting)
• 10:00 am – Knight Library (inside grease traps)
• 11:00 am – HEDCO (inside grease traps)
• 11:00 am – Barnhart Hall (plus jetting)
• 12:30 pm – Carson Hall (plus jetting)

Friday, December 20^th

• 8:00 am – Unthank Hall (plus jetting)
• 9:00 am – Ford Alumni (inside grease traps)
• 10:00 am – Spencer View (inside grease traps)
• 1:00 pm – EMU (plus jetting)

Services Impacted:  Noise can be expected in the area, along with the possibility of encountering unpleasant odors outside the building with potential drift inside via entryways.
