Scope: Contractor will be performing testing and balancing (TAB) on the recently installed air handler unit on the first floor.
Services Impacted:
- They will be in various spaces, temporarily removing ceiling tiles to access ductwork and taking readings.
- This task is not particularly noisy, and shouldn’t affect heating or cooling.
- They will be in each area for roughly 30 minutes, and have a small ladder set up to reach the ceiling.
