Update 8/30/19:
The construction of the Black Cultural Center has been extended and is expected to be completed on September 27th, 2019.
Beginning Monday, February 11, 2019, construction mobilization activities will begin for the construction of the Black Cultural Center at the corner of E 15th Ave and Villard Alley. The current construction schedule is February 2019 through August 2019 September 27th, 2019. Please review the site plan showing construction fencing, construction site access, and the building footprint. The construction team will mobilize on-site and begin installing the site fences and locating underground utilities and other activities to support the construction project. Periodic updates will be provided with more details and updated schedule information.
