Building Occupants,
This Saturday, February 25th, 6 am – 5 pm GBC Construction will be working on the 2nd floor of Klamath within the construction area on the below map performing noisy activities. They are working Saturday in order not to impact weekly teaching activities. Loud work activities Saturday will include the following.
- Concrete removal in the area shaded in red on the attached plan. The concrete to be removed is isolated from the structure by foam insulation which will help to dampen the work, but there will be associated noise. The area of concrete removal will be contained to control and exhaust any dust.
- Various wall framing throughout the 2nd-floor construction area shown on the attached plan. The wall framing does need to be anchored to the concrete structure and that anchoring will have associated noise.
