these diagrams reflect a few of the comments/ suggestions from my review to consider moving forward:
(1) think about flipping the section through the research/ production space, to allow the more delicate/ open edges to face the interior of the site.
(2) develop the edges of the site plan. I had left the southeast edge open intentionally as a sort of entry lawn; however, it is worth revisiting the relationship between building/ open space here. As for the northwest edge, I had always intended on developing it to create more activity/ density around the MAX station, but did not get to this side of the site for the review.
(3) think about the noise of the machinery in the manufacturing/ prototyping spaces (those along Powell St) when designing the building envelope/ section/ spaces surrounding it.
