Here’s my final presentation for the end of Winter 2016.

The comments that I feel will be useful for the next phase are listed below:

Bigger Programs in the workshop area, probably need 3 times more than 8,000 square feet.

Instead of having 9 story building at 120 feet height, think about staying with the code at 65 feet.

The project seems to focus a lot more on the first floor, what about the same amount of care to all the other floors?

How can you make the building less “corporal?”

 

I think that having 9 stories of offices is meaningless, I’d like to limit the building to 65 ft and work carefully on every floors, making the space more dynamic and interesting.
