Site Analyze: The Industrial Commercial & Industrial Residential

When I first approach the site, I was intrigued by the idea about preserving the industrial sanctuary within the city. The diagram above shows how I analysis the site with the curry zoning code and how I come up with the idea about Industrial Commercial & Industrial Residential where I think the programs are most suitable to fit in and revitalize the neighborhood with the existing OMSI and other mixed-use project providing high capacity residential that provides work-live environment and activity from the day to night.
