UO Service Portal is live! All faculty, staff, and students should go to service.uoregon.edu to submit requests to Information Services and the Technology Service Desk, SA IT, SOJC IT, and College of Design IT.

UO Service Portal will be live and available for use by phase one teams on Monday, 8/28/2017!!

The training team has graciously made the training presentation slides available. Please be aware that while these will give a preview and some good starting information, attending a training is the best way to learn how to use the tool. Because the people data load has been delayed, we have decided to push the go live date out one week to 8/28. This will give us the needed time to address any issues that may come up ​with data load as we run and test it.
