Save the dates! service.uoregon.edu (AKA Team Dynamix) is going on the road!

This will be a chance to get a preview of the new customer portal, IT service catalog, and ticketing process that are all part of the Team Dynamix powered tool set that will be part of service.uoregon.edu starting Summer 2017.

  • Decision Tracking – as needed
  • Parking Lot – as needed
  • Project Changes – as needed
  • Project Closure – draft (not completed until end of project)
  • Project Schedule – very rough draft
  • Refined Scope – complete
  • Requirements – complete
  • Resource Identification – not started – scheduled to begin week of 12/26
  • Risk Breakdown – complete
  • Stakeholder Chart – complete
  • WBS Table – not started – scheduled to begin week of 12/26

TDX Status Update 11.21.2016

As a quick review of other items/milestones that may be interesting:

  • The project kick off meeting was held on 10/13/2016
  • The procurement was completed on 9/29/2016
  • Our preliminary meeting with our Team Dynamix consultant was Friday 11/18/2016
  • We are currently targeting Summer for phase one, and will base the specific dates on the plan once it is completed
