Seminars of the Volcanology Center

Today we had our second Volcanology Seminar in the UO VizLab.  Using the 50 million pixel screen and BlueJeans video conferencing software, the seminar supported the attendance of research teams from Portland State and Oregon State Universities, as well as another local but off campus group attending remotely and all seeing a common shared screen.  Team Leader Josef Dufek hopes to have USGS and the Smithsonian attending in the near future.
