Visual Communication & Technology (VizComm & Tech Lib399)

My Colleague Theo Harrison and I are teaching a new course this winter.  It’s called Visual Comunication & Technology.  The class explores the pedagogical uses of high resolution video screens like the 50 million pixel wall in the Price Science Commons’ VizLab.  We are also exploring use of tools such as light-boards, and software that can take advantage of a large video screen canvas such as GIS  (QGIS in this instance) and time-line software such as iSpring, Sutori, and Timeline-JS.
