Exhibition details:

We’re plan to host AIAS’s member bonding event in the Hayden Gallery where we’ll have catering, games, and other activities for members to get to know each other and introduce our newly elected executive board. We’re hoping to use this space for its connection to the courtyard so if weather provides we can also extend outdoors for yard games and a safer eating environment for those worried about covid. Since it’s a small event we don’t need much time to set up and plan to bring in a projector, chairs, a couple of tables, board games, yard games for the courtyard, and possibly a popcorn machine that we plan to rent from the Center for Student Involvement.
