before Final Oral Defense		 Committee meets with candidate for evaluation of first draft

before DMA Public Lecture		 Submit DMA Public Lecture Scheduling Form to the Music Graduate Office
Four Weeks
before Final Oral Defense		 Apply for Final Oral Defense on GradWeb. 
Three Weeks
before Final Oral Defense		 Submit completed draft of lecture-document to committee. Include approval page.
 Week Nine Last week to hold DMA Public Lecture and Final Oral Defense
Monday of Finals Week Last day to submit your completed and approved lecture-document to Scholars’ Bank
