Beats & Brushstrokes is a silent auction of art from re-purposed vinyl records and record sleeves! Since this is the 5th year, we have expanded the theme to include 5 mediums like 8 tracks and tapes (see above). All proceeds raised from the event benefit professional development activities of the Emerging Leaders in the Arts Network (ELAN), specifically funding ELAN’s annual ArtsVenture trip.

This event not only raises funds for ELAN, it provides an informal social setting that fosters strong relationships between students, faculty, artists, local businesses, and community members. Beats & Brushstrokes is a celebratory event that the whole Eugene community takes pride in year after year.
