Scope: The HVAC units within Millrace 3 will be cleaned of ash, char, and soot contamination resulting from the wildfires last summer. This cleaning will require each unit to be shut down for a period of time on that day. Workers may need to pass through the building to access the equipment, with most work occurring in the mechanical rooms.
Services Impacted: HVAC units will be offline.
Extra Notes: The project will be coordinated by Environmental Health & Safety, working with CPFM.
