Scope:  Siemens will be installing a necessary Desigo software update.

Services Impacted:

• During the software update, there will be no access to the Desigo graphical user interface.
• All building systems will operate normally.
• RENO notifications will be offline for the duration of the outage.

Special Instructions:  All RENO recipients will need to manually monitor spaces and equipment that are normally monitored by the Siemens Desigo RENO notifications.
