Building(s) or Area(s) Affected: Erb Memorial Union and Jane Sanders Stadium
Scope: The feeder that provides power to Erb Memorial Union and Jane Sanders is failing and needs replaced. Utilities and Energy will provide a jumper to refeed both buildings until the feeder can be replaced in the near future.
Services Impacted:
- The main electrical system will be offline at Jane Sanders Stadium but the 480 Volt will remain on at the EMU. The 480 Volt is a separate feeder, so the entire building (EMU) will not be off.
- Standby power will remain energized during the shutdown.
Special Instructions: If you have concerns about accessing your workplace when elevator services are impacted, please contact your supervisor to find an appropriate accommodation.
Additional Instructions: Please shut down and unplug all multi-function copier devices as well as any printers during scheduled power outages. The software on these machines can be negatively affected due to the power surge when the power is turned back on.
