UPDATE 2/27/24:
Additional testing of the Huestis Hall electrical transfer switches is scheduled for Monday, March 4th, and Tuesday, March 5th.
- Huestis Hall – There may be a brief power outage as the normal power transitions to standby power source. Contractors will provide temporary panels connections for critical loads in the basement. No impacts to every day functions is anticipated.
March 4 8:00 am (switch from normal to standby), 7:00 pm (switch from standby to normal)
March 5 7:00 am (switch from normal to standby), 1:30 pm (switch from standby to normal)
- Lokey Labs – There may be a brief power outage affecting lights, AHU-1 and network servers. Normal and standby power will be available during the testing of the Huestis Hall transfer switches.
March 4 8:00 am (switch from normal to standby), 7:00 pm (switch from standby to normal)
March 5 7:00 am (switch from normal to standby), 1:30 pm (switch from standby to normal)
UPDATE 2/12/24:
The system will be retested this Friday, February 16th. It is not anticipated that this test on the normal and standby power systems should have any effect on your normal operations. The advisory is updated for 2/16/24 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
UPDATE 1/22/24:
The testing will now take place during owner training and final acceptance of the system. This advisory is in effect for January 30th, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
UPDATE 1/19/24:
Due to the impacts of inclement weather, this advisory testing is rescheduled to January 29th and January 30th.

Scope: Contractors will be programming and testing the newly installed ATS equipment and main electrical gear as part of the UO acceptance and close out process.
Services Impacted: This test on the normal and standby power systems should have no effect on your normal operations.
