As a graduate of professor Harry Gray’s lab at CalTech, professor Tyler is a firm believer in the idea that the primary product of a lab is well-trained scientists. Taking this to heart, we strive to collaboratively educate and develop ourselves and each other. While graduate students bear the brunt of this endeavor (with a smile on their faces!), we also pride ourselves in the development of undergraduate researchers, both REUs and full-time University of Oregon students.
