The University of Oregon Office of Sustainability is pitching in to help coordinate community efforts to make handmade face coverings and other PPE. We are partnering with the Emerald Valley Quilters and the Seamsters for this effort, as well as other groups and individuals who want to donate masks and other PPE. Many, many groups and individuals have leapt in to support the community through the the COVID-19 pandemic and we encourage everyone to help out where they can. If you have other services or materials that you would like to contribute to local COVID-19 relief efforts, we encourage you to contact Lane County Public Health.
