Undergraduate:
- Applications: FileMaker Faculty Portal
  - You must be logged in on campus or through the campus VPN in order to log in to this portal. The FM faculty portal has a unique username and password that we set manually here in the SOMD Admissions Office. If you need help with your username or password for this portal, please email Julie at jkoch@uoregon.edu
  - Give the portal a change to load the first time; it can take a minute to load but once you’re in it should work pretty well.
  - If you need a refresher on how to use the portal, I recorded a video here to walk through the features.
- Recorded auditions and portfolio materials are submitted to our Recorded Audition and Portfolio Submission form. You will be notified by email when new materials have been submitted, and that email will also include a full list of submissions.
Graduate:
- Applications and materials (including videos and portfolios) can be viewed within Slate.
  - Need help using Slate? View details in this document (includes screenshots and a video walk-through)
  - Important to note: Slate will not send an email when a new application is submitted, so in order to see your graduate applicants, you will need to view them in your Queue. Instructions for how to do this are in the link above. As we near our application deadline, we will periodically send out current applicant lists, but the most up-to-date lists (and full application details) can only be found on Slate.
