Professional Development Fund Requests	November 1 and May 1
Sabbatical Applications	fall term; November 15
Promotion & Tenure Review	discuss external reviewers with your Department Head in December
Midterm Review	January 5
Career Faculty Promotion Review	January 5
Trotter Visiting Professor Proposals	February 15
Peer Reviews	Week 2 of Spring term
Faculty Annual Reviews	May 15
Syllabi	Friday of week 1 (each term)

Note: If the deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, it is extended to the next business day, unless otherwise specified in the email request.
