The perimeter structural walls upstairs are about 20% complete. The interior walls upstairs (café and restroom) are about 80% complete. Construction crews are preparing to install the remaining storefront glass around the atrium downstairs. The spring break project of fireproofing the column in phase II near the geology room is underway. Cement for the new loading dock has been poured and, as weather permits, Andersen is pouring the cement on the east side of the plaza. The Klamath Hall mechanical room reconstruction is nearing completion. The room looks great and twice as large as before.
