It’s Wednesday. Our progress and motivation has moved from a full gallop to a steady trot.
The Red Lodge Director, Trish Jordan, is unable to meet with us this coming weekend due to urgent business in Idaho. She has to reschedule. However, Jackie has confirmed an interview time with us this Friday in her North East Portland apartment. Finally! We will be able to sit down and get to the heart of our story.
She seems excited and ready to share her past, present and hopes for the future with us.
With Judy and Shirley still out of town until this Sunday, it is up to Mae & I to head to Portland and film the interview. We’re taking separate cars since we each have alternative cities to head to the next morning.
We can’t wait to actually have tangible footage from this coming weekend. So far our experiences with Red Lodge have been eye-opening and rewarding but, unfortunately, remain as memories. We were unable to capture any footage from the events for logistic reasons.
We’re checking out gear from the Journalism Department and getting ready to head out by 2pm this Friday!
