The commercial featured below circulated widely on the internet. The Dove video is “Evolution” as seen through the scope of a time lapsed video. The video is proof that women in the magazines and on billboards simply aren’t real.

Here it comes… A bold look at how young girls are influenced by media, or will be influenced. Dove doesn’t take any short cuts when using this short commercial to warn us of the dangers media has on young and impressionable girls.

When did women become camera shy? Dove explores this concept in a short campaign commerical titled “Camera Shy.”

Dove goes on a quest to discover what women love about their bodies. Real women are stumped to identify a favorite physical part of themselves. Why is this such a tough question? What does this video say about women’s confidence as a whole?
