Hi,

We are wrapping up Week 6 of the term and it is going fast!  We have enjoyed our 1:1 meetings this term, and remember to meet with Robert next week if you signed up for a Week 7 meeting.

For this upcoming Monday class, Giovanna will be presenting about your 2-Year Academic Plans.  Remember that this will be based off your work on My Visual Story Creative Journal Three: October 25th  ( PDF File).

Additionally for Monday we will be handing out the Name Your Achievement My Visual Story Fall 2021 ( PDF File) proposal sheet.  We will go over this in class, but basically it is a proposal for you to name your own Achievement for the term; as in something you wanted to learn more about, or improve your skills around this first term of your college career and you would like to get credit for doing.

And of course a huge reminder to keep on track with your comic book work.  Remember to use the Journal #4 checklist to help stay on track.  For example, note that we are expecting you to be wrapping up with ALL your drafting out and sketching out of your designs, panels, and pages next week; and that you will be diving in next week to your final inking, coloring, lettering, and formatting the comic for printing/copying (which again the final version is due Friday, November 19th, end of Week 8).  See below for the specifics.
