Administering MOCCA
MOCCA requires 40 minutes max to administer, although the average administration time is 25 minutes. For students in second and third grade, we recommend breaking administration into two shorter sessions to avoid student fatigue.
There are two options for administering MOCCA. For both methods, you will:
- Log into MOCCA
- Click the notebook icon to get to your class roster
- Click the Select All radial , or click the individual radials next to the specific students you want to take MOCCA
From there, you can email students with personalized log-in links, or you can either print off student slips of paper with log-in credentials that you can physically hand out to students.
To email links, simply click the envelope icon.
To print the log-in credentials, click the printer icon. Once you have printed the credentials, you can use scissors to cut each page into strips to hand out to students.
You can watch a short video guide to email administration here and a guide to manual administration here.
