Eportfolio
Hello, my name is Haley O’Donnell and throughout this Eportfolio I will be showing you the progress that I have made with my leadership and personal development. This is meant to be a direct indicator of how I have progressed in my abilities throughout this term. I will explain how I did this through four unique skill sets: Leadership Skills, Communication, Collaboration, and Emotional Intelligence. On each page I will explain specifically what I did to better myself in these areas.
I aimed to improve in these specific areas in order to better myself in the professional world that I am being launched into. I am majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance with hopes to succeed in the banking industry. Currently, I am a bank teller at U.S. Bank which has honestly been a blessing for me and my professional goals of a career in the financial world. It’s been amazing what I’ve been able to accomplish with the bank that I would’ve never been able to do otherwise. The skills that I have learned in this class will ultimately differentiate myself from the hundreds of other graduates with a similar degree. I will have the upper hand as I graduate next year and I couldn’t be more grateful.
