prior to
term of graduation		 Schedule an appointment with the Music Graduate Office for a checklist review
Friday
of Week One		 Checklist due to the Music Graduate Office (send via email to gradmus@uoregon.edu)
Monday of Week Two Last day to register – at least one must be MUS/MUE 503 Thesis (Individualized Study Form required)

  • PLEASE NOTE: Per UO Graduate School policy, unless On-Leave status has been approved, all students must enroll in a minimum of 3 graduate credits each term

of Week Two

Last day to apply for degree:

Four weeks
before Master’s Oral Exam		 Email the Music Graduate Office (copying your committee members) with the date and time of your Master’s Oral Exam
Two weeks
before Master’s Oral Exam		 Submit completed draft of thesis to examination committee
Monday
of Finals Week		 Last day to upload thesis to ProQuest/UMI (see detailed instructions on the UO Graduate School website). Include approval page (please plan in advance to secure your advisor’s signature).
