GEO’s Fall 2020 Virtual Site Visits

During the first week of November, GEO hosted four virtual site visits to our GEO Centers in Europe, including London in the United Kingdom, Siena in Italy, and Oviedo and Segovia in Spain. We were very glad to host dozens of participants from across the country at these “short stop-overs” and share what makes these Centers so very special. The Center directors spoke about what makes each location unique, including programs they offer, and the Global Education Program Coordinators in the home office in Eugene, Oregon, highlighted how they support the Centers abroad. An update on health and travel considerations for each location was offered by GEO’s Health, Safety and Risk Manager, and each visit concluded with an overview of new innovations in programming and internships coming in the near future.

Though brief, these 30-minute virtual site visits were information-packed! If you’d like to review the event for something you missed or you couldn’t make it, we invite you to watch the recordings at your convenience.
