ELP Marine Team 2008
As a part of the Environmental Studies Program at the University of Oregon, the Environmental Leadership Program (ELP) works with graduate and undergraduate students. Students develop skills in leadership, community outreach, research, and environmental monitoring while they build a network with organizations around the community. The Marine Team is working with Oregon State Parks, South Slough National Estuarine Research Reserve, and the Oregon Institute of Marine Biology (OIMB) to further environmental literacy through non-formal environmental education programs in coastal habitats.
