Tyler works for the Center for Media and Educational Technologies (CMET), a part of the University of Oregon Libraries system. His primary role is supporting video services, but he is actively involved with CMET’s design and engineering team. Tyler has served in a variety of roles throughout CMET in the last 6+ years, including classroom support, as well as Canvas and instructional technology support in both student and staff capacities.

Pat works for the Center for Media & Educational Technology (CMET) at the University of Oregon. Her work primarily consists of supporting faculty, instructors, and graduate students with Canvas and other educational technology tools.  She also supports the i>clicker and VeriCite integrations with Canvas. CMET provides support to faculty, instructors and GTF’s across the UO campus.

Amy works for the Center for Media & Educational Technologies (CMET), part of the University of Oregon Libraries system. With close to 30 years interior design, programming, space planning, and construction experience in many different areas (high-end residential, commercial, education, civil, healthcare, etc.), her focus the last 10 years has been in Higher Education environments. Her interest is providing an exceptional physical environment and the appropriate technologies to match the needs of instructor pedagogy for varying disciplines.  Amy manages and supports the Design and Engineering team at CMET and integrates their work in to many renovation projects on the UO campus to ensure classroom standards and design guidelines are met, facilitating AV technology design in to the project’s design process and making sure instructor and student needs are met within a designed space.

I received my BFA in Photography from Ohio University, where I studied with the noted photographers Dan Williams, Eva Enderlein, and Pavel Banka. My art education continued at the University of Oregon where I received my MS from the Arts and Administration program. I continue my involvement with AAD as an Instructor, teaching Art and Human Values. I also teach Portfolio Design and Presentation and Digital Portfolio Production for the School of Architecture and Allied Arts Office of Professional Outreach and Development for Students. I have been an art director and project manager for international corporations in Computer Gaming and Simulation.

Candice Kramer is a learning strategist and instructional designer, helping adults learn for over 30 years. She is the author of “Success in Online Learning,” the first support text written to assist adult learners returning to college online. Candice has developed learning solutions for Cisco Systems, PBS Adult Learning Service, the U.S. Army, the Internal Revenue Service, the U.S. Supreme Court and others, and is a proud holder of ATD’s CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance).

Skip works for Academic Extension at the University of Oregon as the IT Manager. This allows for a wide breath of work related to classroom AV and technology, patron and faculty support, as well as partnering with groups and departments on campus for various projects.

Karl is the technology services coordinator for the School of Architecture & Allied Arts (A&AA). His work consists of managing technology services for A&AA such as the A&AA Output Room which provides large-format poster printing, the AAATech service desk, AAATech equipment checkout, Fourwinds Interactive video displays, Pharos Printing System, Mailman listserv, etc… Karl is an active member of the Special Interest Group on University and College Computing Services (SIGUCCS).

Mary works for the School of Journalism and Communication (SOJC) at the University of Oregon. She works with students, faculty and staff who use Allen Hall’s production studio, media publishing tools, and digital editing software.  She also provides tier one Canvas support to SOJC clients and manages the SOJC’s digital media channels on YouTube and Vimeo.

Sean works for the School of Architecture and Allied Arts at the University of Oregon. He serves on the  AAA Technology Services team as an educational technologist and a manager of the student-run technology Help Desk. Each of these roles provides Sean with technical support experience and Instructional Design experience as well as the opportunity to work with faculty, staff and GTFs from all of the departments in the School of Architecture and Allied Arts.
