Winter – Spring 2025 Internship Program Dates
- This is a 16-week internship experience.
- Start date: February 3, 2025 (winter term, week 5)
- End date: May 30, 2025 (spring term, week 9)
- Capstone celebration: Week of June 2 – 6, 2025 (spring term, week 10; exact date TBD)

Application & Selection Timeline
- (Completed) August 23 – September 11, 2024: Employer applications open.
- (Completed) September 12 – 20, 2024: Employer application review period.
- (Completed) September 23 – 27, 2024: Employer applicants notified of application results.
- (In progress) October 4 – October 27, 2024: Student applications open.
- October 30 – December 13, 2024: Student application review period & interviews. Student applicants may interview with DEI staff and internship host sites. Interviews may be held in-person or virtually.
- December 17 – 18, 2024: Student applicants notified of application results.
- December 18, 2024 – January 3, 2025: Selected applicants complete internship paperwork.
