Project Meetings
Our team meets regularly every other week. Team members receive calendar invites and reminders for them. All calendar invites include date, time, location, attendees list. Meeting details are available in the MS Teams Staff Notebook. Each meeting will have its own page within the notebook’s tab titled Digital Strategies Meetings. Where do meetings happen?
In-person project meetings take place in the UO Libraries Digital Research, Education, and Research Lab.

Project meeting agendas and minutes can be found in the Caribbean Women Healers MS Teams. We’re using the Staff Notebook to keep ourselves organized.

What happens if I miss a project meeting?
Add your project updates to the document related to the meeting you missed and touch base with Kate Thornhill so they can update the project board.
