Jen Self is currently serving as a Graduate Teaching Fellow for the Community Planning Workshop. She holds a BA in Historic Preservation and Community Planning, with a minor in Archaeology from the College of Charleston in South Carolina. Jen is now pursuing concurrent Masters’ degrees at Uof O within the School of Architecture and Allied Arts – Historic Preservation and Community & Regional Planning.
Before coming to Eugene, Jen served as a Project Coordinator and Architectural Historian for Yosemite National Park with a specialty in back country historic resources. Current graduate studies are focused on collaborative planning, linking resources to rural communities, cultural resource management, and public engagement.
