12/15/25 – 12/16/25 Willamette Hall Chilled Water Shutdown

UPDATE 12/16/25:
The repairs have been made, and work has been completed.

 

Begin:  Monday, December 15, 2025 at 7:00 am

End:      Thursday, December 18, 2025, at 3:30 pm     Tuesday, December 16, 2025

Building(s) or Area(s) Affected:  Willamette Hall

Scope:  Process chilled water will be shut down to replace faulty valves on both chilled water skids.

Services Impacted:  Chilled water will be off throughout the entire building, and the Process chilled water system will be placed into pump and dump(emergency) mode.

The following locations have Fan Coil Units that will be affected by this shutdown:

        • Basement rooms 31, 33-39, 40-41C, 74A, 74B, 74C
        • First Floor rooms 30, 155
