BeginJune 26 August 8 Monday, July 8, 2024, at 8:00 am

End:      June 26,  August 8 Monday, July 8, 2024, at 11:30 am

Building(s) or Area(s) Affected:  New Resident Hall, New Apartment Style Resident Hall, Earl Hall, Straub Hall, Hayward Field, LLC North, LLC South, Bean Hall, Unthank Hall, Ford Alumni, Mathew Knight Arena, Global Scholars Hall, and Kalapuya Ilihi

Scope:  To finalize recent electrical building improvements, including increased redundancy for campus as well as a safer operating environment for U&E, a standby power outage must be performed in order to make final connections.

Services Impacted:  During this time there should be no noticeable effects on any operations, or by occupants, primarily due to this being a secondary system; but please feel free to take any precautions you see fit.

Special Instructions:  Please shut down and unplug all multi-function copier devices as well as any printers during scheduled power outages. The software on these machines can be negatively affected due to the power surge when the power is turned back on.  A power surge can corrupt the clone files in the machines and change preconfigured settings.  For questions, please contact Kati Kronholm at 541-346-5370 or katik@uoregon.edu.  For non-copier questions, please reach out to the contact person listed below.
