Short, awkward, Christmas enthusiast. Hobbies include reading, knitting, running, and picnicking. Additional hobbies include walking through the rain and eating chocolate.

 

1. What is your favorite thing about the Clark Honors College?

The community we have in the Clark Honors College is really something special. Our student body is comprised of individuals from diverse majors, interests, and specialties and we all have something to learn from one another. The CHC is not solely a college where students take rigorous courses, professors assign heavy readings or students scramble to finish their theses. It is also a place filled with exceptionally inspirational individuals who support one another in pursuit of our academic and personal goals.

2. What’s a fun place you like to go in Eugene?

Off the Waffle.

3. Any advice for soon-to-be Platypi?

Colleges and universities may be one of the most easily distractible places. College is also really expensive. Regardless of how you decide to spend your time here, keep a strong focus on your educational goals and career aspirations.

4. What do you like to do for fun?

Hiking, spending time with awesome people and running through sprinklers.

5. What’s your favorite type of duck(a species or otherwise)?

I like them all, but Mallards are cool.

6. If you were to write a satirical news article (e.g. for The Onion) what would you title it.

“New Study Finds That Americans Spend More Time Waiting For Their Internet To Load Than They Do Wasting Time On The Internet.”
