Devin Frazer has been skating for most of his life. Skating plays a major role in his identity and community. He frequently skates at the WJ Skatepark, a renowned skatepark in Eugene, Oregon.
The WJ Skatepark is America’s largest covered and lit skatepark. This means people can skate here in any weather, day or night.Devin Frazer got his first skateboard from his parents at the age of 4, and has kept skating ever since.
