Comparative Technologies

Investigations and experiments with 3D modelling software Google Sketch-Up.

Comparative Technologies is an independent studies course that encourages graduate students in the Arts Management field to look closely, and refine, one aspect of their technological toolkit: I elected to learn Google Sketch-Up.

I created an idealized Cloud.Break interactive visionary art experience, which incorporates 6 geodesic domes, skylights, temporary walls, sculptures, fountains, and paintings. The original concept was inspired by the architecture of ancient Roman villas that feature a central courtyard, a prominent main entry, and rooms connected by long hallways.
