Hello M. Arch/M.Iarch/MLA current/incoming students!
There is a room becoming available near(on) the Owen Rose Garden in Eugene/the Whitaker neighborhood.
Right on the bike path to school (12 min. ride).
It is a three bedroom, with the other two rooms occupied by soon to be 3rd-year Track 1 students. Rent is 440 + utilities.
$450/mo + shared utilities.
The “master bedroom” in our nice little home will be available for sublet end of June to mid-September, exact dates tbd/somewhat flexible. The room is downstairs, with its own french doors onto our backyard/deck.
The house is 3BR / 1BA on a quiet, tree-lined street, 7 minutes south of campus by bike, or 25 minutes on foot. The house has hardwood floors, mud/laundry room, garage for some storage, plentiful street parking, washer and dryer, and stays cool in summer weather. Our landlords are a friendly adult couple that live across the street, are very responsive, and generally excellent.
The smaller rooms upstairs are rented by two Track 1 M/Arch students going into our third/final year. We like to cook and keep a fairly clean house, but understand fluctuations in tidiness relative to workload. We’re friendly and social, but the house is generally a place to study or unwind at the end of the day, not really a party house – we occasionally host tame social gatherings, but tend to go out to celebrate our victories! 😉
An indoor cat also lives here, with most of her kitty stuff kept in the garage. If you’re familiar with cats, she is pretty chill for a cat. (Our landlords made an exception for her, so no additional pets will be accepted, apologies.)

Hey everyone, my name is Zach Bradby. I’m a Ball State grad from Indianapolis, Indiana and I’m excited to start the M.Arch Track II program in the fall! I am currently looking for somewhere to live, preferably not on my own to not pay as much rent. If anyone is in need of a roommate in an apartment or house please let me know!
If interested in filling a roommate spot, feel free to give me a call/text at 317-294-8975, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org (yes, I’m still using yahoo…), or message me on Facebook.
Hello, my roommate and I have a room available in our
Whitaker 3-bedroom house. I’m a soon-to-be graduate of the M.Arch program, and my roommate is a bike courier. It’s a great house, down the street from Tacovore and the other bars and restaurants in the Whitaker. The room available has its own bathroom and
is $500/mo. We are on a month to month lease. We have a good group of friends on the street in neighboring houses, and have occasional get-together dinners, but we’re not partiers and the house is pretty quiet at night. Prefer non-smoking, no pets. We’re looking
to find someone by June 15th; please contact me if you’re interested!
I am moving to Portland for the MARch in late summer. Would love to find
1 to 4 strangers to live with, preferably in the architecture program.
Willing to fill in with craigslists randoms as needed too.
I am approaching this with flexibility, and at this time just looking
for people with a similar need. My move date can be any time between
July and September. I am willing to live in basically any part of town
with however many people it takes to fill a house or apartment. Lets
talk about your needs and work together to find a good living situation.
To get the ball rolling, text me at 651.207.3455. Hopefully we can get a
little group of people together do it right in Portland this year!
