Assume that this will likely be an embarrassing post in just a few months, this is still what has caught my eye so far:
Using AI to generate ideas for student topics, getting students to learn how to use prompts effectively and also getting beyond that first idea from a professor in business.

This was full of interesting ideas about getting students to use AI productively, in this case to generate an assignment that they then completed. Could AI help them with the assignment? I assume that the answer is yes. The author includes a link to the prompts in a google sheet.

Librarians are also working on how to use AI to help with searching for articles. We are still thinking about it, but Aaron Tay is one of our best thinkers about where we are for now.

Data ethics: The “data janitors” who are training the AI databases are getting a very raw deal.
