Week 3

Hi guys, how’s going? I’m going to summarize our weekly meeting!
Unfortunately, I have no photos today because I forgot my camera smh. So, if you have some photos of meeting, please post them.

In the beginning, we did an ice breaker. We competed how fast we can move beans from one dish to another (I strongly need photos to explain how we enjoyed the game…). At last, the one who did best was given a awesome t-shirt, printed JSO logo. That’s me lol.

Next, we’re talking about the theme and title of Japan Night. Finally, we got a consensus that the theme is “Matsuri”. Then we’re broken apart five groups so as to prepare efficiently the Japan Night. And we have many variety of title proposals. We’re supposed to decide one title in the next meeting.

こんばんは！　それでは今週のJSOの活動の報告を始めたいと思います。
実は、私がカメラを持っていくのを忘れてしまったので写真はありません……ので、誰かもし写真を撮っていた方がいらっしゃったら、投稿してくれるととても助かります！

今日はまず初めにice breakerをやりました。写真がないのでとても説明が難しいのですが、皿の中に入った豆を、箸を使ってどれだけ早くもう一つの皿に移せるか、ということで大変盛り上がりました。そして優勝者はJSOのロゴ入りのTシャツを獲得しました。ちなみに私です（笑

次に、Japan Nightのテーマ決めとタイトル決めということで話し合いました。話し合いの結果、今年のJapan Nightのテーマは「祭」ということに決定いたしました。その後、準備に向けてのグループに分かれ、タイトルの案を出し合いました。多くの案が出ておりますので、来週の会合の際にそれらのうちからひとつ、正式なタイトルを決めることになると思います。
