Officer Meeting

Hello JSO members! This is Ken. I’m the social media expert and my job is to spread information about JSO.

Yesterday, JSO officers gathered to talk in the Fishbowl in the EMU. We talked about basic communication rules and the deadline for setting targets of each Japan night group. We have started to prepare our big event of Fall term – Japan Night!

Then, we cleaned up our office, which is near the Mills International Center. There were lots of stuff but we managed to throw away what we thought unnecessary and organized what we regarded useful. Now our office is organized well.

昨日の夜、EMUのFishbowlでJSOのofficerたちの会合が開かれ、主に二つの議題に関して話し合いが行われました。ひとつは、基本的なコミュニケーションのルールに関して。もうひとつは、Japan Nightにおける各セクション（グループ）の目標をいつまでに設定するか、ということです。Japan Nightの準備は着々と進められています。

話し合いの後、Mills International Centerの近くにある、JSOの事務所の清掃を行いました。余計な物がたくさんあり、ひどく散らかっていましたが、なんとか不必要なものを捨てて必要なものだけを残し、事務所を綺麗にしました。ひとまず、事務所は十分快適に使えると思います。
