The Black Tie Dinner

Every Spring Term we host our biggest networking event of the term:

The Black Tie Dinner

Is it really black tie though? No, it’s business professional so don’t worry about buying new shoes (that is unless you want to). This dinner is all about networking with local business and getting a better understanding of different cultures around the world. Every year we choose a country to represent our theme for the dinner, and create the event around that country.

Please RSVP to this years BTD:

BTD 2017: Iran

Last spring our annual Black Tie Dinner event was centered around the country of Iran. Students got to learn more about the country and its rich history (both economical and political) and how that has shaped Iran’s identity today.

Guests were seated next to professionals and were able to connect with them on their future goals as soon to be professionals. We had businesses of all backgrounds and interests, so our members would be able to have a well rounded experience.

The menu for the evening was centered around Iranian foods to further expanded our knowledge of Iranian culture.
