In the first week of classes it is clear to me that BA 352 will dominate the time that I have available for academic effort. That said, it seems to be the type of class that I will really enjoy with constant interaction and the development of group dynamics. This should be an engaging and enjoyable experience. The material seems useful and applicable to future business endeavors. The instructor, Ron Bramhall, seems to be knowledgeable on the subject matter and genuinely excited about creating a learning experience that will engage and benefit each participant. The opportunity to form a relationship with a team of individuals forged by conflict and challenges may well be one of the most important and beneficial opportunities afforded by the business school. From this course I anticipate hours of frustration and significant additional stress in my life. From this sacrifice of stress and frustration I expect to experience personal growth and professional development that will serve me well in the business world, as well as gain some lasting relationships that will support me through the remainder of my business school experience.
