Team reflection

We learned from this assignment how to work well as teammates, and how to coordinate our time together to make things work. We learned to be flexible, and we learned how to trust one another’s skill sets. We could have planned our project sooner than we did. We made our teams the first week, and we did not talk to each other for a week after that, which made our time frame a lot more difficult to work with. We feel that after we did our project, we grasped a better understanding of self-defense, and we hope to inform our audience the same way. In the future, we would have liked to start things sooner, and get in contact with our sources at an earlier time so that our availability would be more open. We also had to work according to each other’s schedule because we all had a very busy schedule that made it difficult to group together.

  1. Team reflections play a crucial role in assessing progress, identifying challenges, and refining strategies for future success. Just like in project management, having a structured approach to reviewing team performance can enhance collaboration and efficiency. By utilizing data-driven insights, teams can optimize workflows and improve decision-making. The right tools make this process smoother, providing real-time tracking, task management, and performance analysis. That’s why businesses rely on project management software to streamline team collaboration and drive better results.
