Group Project By: Lizzie Stapleton, Nick Bynum, and Cassadie Jerdin

For the first assignment, our class was put into groups and asked to create a video about someone who exemplifies “obsession”, which was the category of our choosing. We sat down with the lead brewer for Falling Sky Brewery, Scott Sieber, to talk about how brewing beer is a passion and obsession in his life. He walked us through what it takes to become a successful brewer and delves into his past and what brought him to Falling Sky.
