- General keyboard tuning and maintenance

- Purchasing new pianos and other acoustic keyboard instruments.
Audio Engineering- Lance Miller
- Audio recording services of most performances in Beall Hall and Aasen-Hull Hall.
- Live sound reinforcement for events.
- Archiving of all past SOMD ensemble performances
- Video live-stream service from Beall.
- Classroom audio and visual equipment.
Facilities Management- David Mason
- Performance and recital scheduling
- Code/key/proximity access
- Locker rental
- Building maintenance, repair and construction
- Classroom and office furniture and equipment
- Classroom and practice room reservations.
Production Manager – The PM will schedule all dress rehearsals for all performances in Beall Hall. After completing the Information and Arrangements form individual performers, faculty sponsors and conductors will work with the PM to set a dress rehearsal date. Dress Reh’s for Student recitals will be limited to one, two hour reservation. The PM will provide access, available staging (risers, platforms, projector screen etc) and staffing if needed to Beall for master classes and all performances (excluding performance classes). In addition to all dress rehearsals the PM will also schedule any fill in reh’s, recordings and performances that are asked to be put in the Beall calendar within the next two weeks.
Crew – stage crew must report in to the stage manager for student recitals performances 60 minutes prior to the start of the performance and 90 prior to the start of other staffed events – audio and
