- Become acquainted with copyright as a historic, cultural and economic paradigm and its value and pertinence to creative works.
- Explore the changing nature of copyright in the context of “Remix Culture” and the “Fifth World”
- Examine your own and others values and paradigms of ownership and authorship of cultural media.
- Evaluate the meanings of real and fake and examine their intersection with personal and cultural identity and authenticity.

Reflection
Remix regards as creative word for me before studied this unit. I really sense that remix should be encouraged rather than limited by some kind of laws. The above assignment is most interesting task for me because I give play to those funny pictures by freedom imagination. Without limitation, it is so interesting even if I am not sure whether it can regard as art or not. But base on those pictures, like everything is developed by original things, my idea is multiple and various. As same as Lawrence Lessig told that “Every single use of culture produces a copy”. Thus, the great work of art is easy to create without limitation.
Furthermore, for the ten words what I am thinking for art. I have to say that whole materials in class deeply change my mind for understand of art. Expect the freedom, the factors are complex and about the life, personal value, creativity, spirituality, sense from body and so on. I believe that art is necessary part in our life because the component parts more close normal characters for human being. However, our thinking just focuses on art. Instead of the other sides, the limited laws have the debate of whether cancel or not. Even if I support to the opinion about copyright limit people’s imagination, the copyright is reasonable for respect personal right. At least the discussion about remix and the factors in society is important for me to understand what art is.
In the future, all sake for art is main concept for me. I enjoy the sense from art and the knowledge about art is good for me to deeply understand what art is. Hope after this class, my life not only study, sleep and eating. More sense for life, more sense for art.
